View Full Version : The Apprentice
Does anyone watch it?
I like the idea of the show - but the people that appear on it are a bunch of arrogant nobody's who think they're something else. It really puts me off watching it.

Hasn't that just finished?
I can't decide if I like it or not. I like the fact that it's set in London and I like the tasks they have to do, but the concept of it is a bit offputting. The idea that someone is trying to impress Alan Sugar is weird. There must be easier ways to get a job!
I did watch one series all the way through - the one where that drippy girl won instead of the Badger, but I can't seem to get into it now.
The best episode was in series 1 (?) I think where they had to flog some stuff on Ideal World Shopping Channel - that was hilarious.

I’ve watched it and I was delighted with the final result. I’ve enjoyed this series and have followed it more closely than any of the previous ones.

I don't like that bloke and that woman who suck up to Alan Sugar - can't remember their names. They're horrible - they're like sneaky spies, and they're soooo sycophantic too.

Yes, that's them. They spy on the contestants and then go and tell Alan Sugar how useless they are. Horrible sneaky telltales they are.

The tell Salan when the apprentices have been lying – with quotes like, “you backed away from it so much you were almost out of the room” and “Edinburgh isn’t what it used to be”.
