WHY DO THEY BOTHER?

Honestly? What's the point in employing people that CANNOT UNDERSTAND what you're saying.

I paid my internet bill. It went like this.

Me: "Can I have a VAT receipt sent to me, please?"

Her: "A VIP receipt?"

Me: "NO! NO! NO! A VAT RECEIPT, CAN I HAVE ONE?"

A brummy at empower promised me they would said someone round to do a “Rita Meading” this morning. I suppose Englandshire is ‘foreign’ for me.

I spoke to O2 yesterday - that was a nightmare. He didn't have a clue what he was going on about - I couldn't understand him.
