Licence fee to use internet

Has anyone seen this? Its a petition that has been started on the 10 downing street site, because there are plans afoot to charge a licence fee to use the internet.

please sign it as I for one think the government robs us blind enough as it is. It has been said elsewhere that they may rid us of the ridiculous and overpriced tv licence and replace it with a pc licence, hands up if you believe that one.

Anyway please take a look at least, you never know, this time the government might back down and listen to the licence payers.
