They should be treated equally, If they were a straight couple they would get everything available to them under the law.

If Jodie's ex was with her for 14 years, and Jodie accrued half her fortune she is entitled to be treated the same as a straight couple, and receive the same as they would, which is half of the half she accrued. As is only right!

I am all for same sex marriage and laws to help them, get equal rights, but you cant then try and get away with it once those laws are in place, and try to get around those laws.
