Yes. But it didn't look like an electric fence. It was soo weird. It felt like someone had kicked me on the back of the leg!

Erm … I suppose if someone with a weak heart and I suppose the shock would be increased if they were sopping wet … I should imagine in circumstances like that … really extreme, like … I suppose the person touching the electric fence might be forced to say

OOOOOOOOOUUUUUCH instead of ouch.:D
